We went on private tours of two wineries - Castellina Di Amorosa which was in a castle and to Domain Chandon and learned how they make sparkling wines (Deborah would have loved this one).
This was one of our tour guides. We tasted 13 of their wines - this is totally how they getcha. Here, taste this, and this, and this. The next thing you know, you are shipping a case of wine home.
