We went out tonight to see if we could see the Lunar Eclipse that was to occur at 8:01. Of course the boys were asking what an eclipse is, so Erik started to explain about the earth's shadow blocking the sunlight....We couldn't see the moon, but Erik told them that if we had a telescope we could probably see it. "WE HAVE A TELESCOPE DADDY!!! IT'S ON OUR SWINGSET!!!" So away we went to the backyard to use the telescope to find the moon. Jake was sure he had found it and tried to show Ben where it was.

Yes well of all the nights it had to be cloudy out here. We couldn't see anything. So we got onto the NASA website. That was as good as we were gonna get.Of course we don't have a really cool telescope.
