Yep, that's where we've been the past couple of days.......in Erik's hospital room, in recovery, in the surgery waiting area, the playground at the ho
spital..... Erik went in for (what we thought) was going to be a routine procedure on Thursday. The procedure ended up taking us to.......an emergency room visit, complications, complications, complications, hospital admission, another procedure, possible blood transfusion (luckily, not needed), 3 days and 2 nights at the hospital, then finally home today. Erik is home resting now and appears to be feeling much better :)

I hope all is well now. Hospitals aren't fun places. We're both getting a bit older and the parts just aren't as efficient ;-)
