Puerto Rico!

Well, we're back from sunny Puerto Rico. What a great time! This picture is on the deck from our room - we had a fantastic ocean view. We golfed, layed on the beach, golfed, played volleyball in the pool, golfed, drank lots of rum and golfed. It was a wonderful break - and, of course, it's snowing in Denver today.....back to reality.

HAPPY EASTER!!!!

We had a great day today. The weather was absolutely beautiful! The boys were excited to come down the stairs this morning to see their Easter baskets waiting for them. We gave them bicycle helmets...they immediately put them on and repeated "hat, hat, hat".

We went to the MacLeans for a yummy brunch, decorated eggs and had an Easter egg hunt. The boys had a great time (we knew because they came home exhausted and took a 3 hour nap). We played outside the rest of the day and then went to dinner. Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter as well!

  

 

 

 

I know it's a bit hard to see....we were at Pete and Lydia's today. They invited us to stay for dinner. Jake sat with me, and Ben opted to sit at the table FULL of girls. I wish you could see the look on his face. He just watched all of them with a huge grin on his face. 

Our dear friend Deborah gave the boys these outfits last summer. They finally fit them - thanks again Deborah. After looking at this picture on the blog, I had to laugh at Ben. I said "hold still while mommy takes a picture Ben" - he sat their all stiff like that for about a minute (if only he would have looked at the camera and held a smile)

Abby and Zoe came over to play with us today . This is a picture of Jake giving Abby a big hug - how cute is that?

Dad was trying to teach Ben to ride a tricycle. Notice Jake in the white shirt in the background? Immediately after I took this picture, he got hit with a soccer ball in the back of the head (the boys down the block were kicking it). He fell flat on his face and got the fattest bloody lip I've ever seen. Poor little Jake. 

ChickenBunny?

Thanks for the Easter present Nana and Papa Wagner. We opened up the box and found this! It's a ChickenBunny that does the Chicken Dance. It's hysterical! The boys giggled and giggled when we turned it on. Ben puts in on the ground and dances with it, and Jake puts it across the room and lets it "chase" him.

Linx

Congratulations to Erik - Linx just closed out 2005 and had a kick-off for next year. Linx was 1000% (that's a 1 with 3 zeros!!) of plan for last year. I am so proud of The Linx Team and especially Erik for all of his hard work and determination in making this 'little dream' a BIG reality. All of those late nights and weekends in front of the computer were certainly worth it. You ROCK Erik - I love you!

Ben was being a huge grumphead and Jake was in a great mood all day - so today is the picture day for Jake :) Cute, cute boy!
