We went to the pool with our friends Miss Kelly, Jack and Quinn (Jack and Quinn are 6 1/2 and 5 and are what I invision Jake and Ben like at that age). Jake and Ben loved going down the waterslide that is shaped like a whale. What a fun time!

Sand Table

Jake and Ben got an early birthday present from Grandma and Grandpa Isernhagen. This is a table that has water on one side and sand on the other (after about 20 seconds, the boys managed to put the sand and water on BOTH sides.) What a fun gift. Thank you G'ma and G'pa!

Weekend in Idaho

We went to Idaho for our annual Memorial Day trip. This was the last time the boys could fly for free with us (free flights for kids end at age 2), so we wanted to take advantage of it. They were really good on the plane rides and entertained everyone around us.

The weather turned out to be a bummer except for two days, but we still had fun. The boys were able to go golfing with us again, but this time they had their own clubs and balls. They LOVED being out there. We are hoping they keep up their interest in golf because Erik and I are thrilled to have our built in "foursome".

Grandma and the boys also planted flowers. She bought them their own flowers, pots, wheelbarrel, shovels, buckets and watering cans. I'm sure now that we are gone, those flowers get more attention than any other that Grandma is growing :)

The Weekend

It was a gorgeous weekend here. The boys were playing outside and it was so hot....I put a sprinkler on the hose and let the boys play in it. Jake thought it was just OK, but Ben couldn't get enough. He would sit and drink the water, then get up and run through it, then sit and take more drinks, then put it on his head....it was cute watching him have so much fun. We also went to the MacLean's for a BBQ where Jake and Abby got a lift in the wagon from CY. The last pik is Ben pooped out from a long day.
